Ingredients
- Ground meat: 200 g
- Large potato: 1
- Onion: 1
- Fresh mint: 15 leaves
- Salt, pepper
- Cumin: 1/2 Teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 1/2 Teaspoon
- Chili powder: 1 Teaspoon
- Egg: 1
- Bricks sheet package: 1
- Frying oil «Special Cevital frying oil»
Preparation
- Chop the onion, sauté for 5 minutes in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
- Add the meat and seasoning.
- Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Put everything in a bowl with the potato (cooked in water) in small cubes.
- Chop the mint and add it and the egg.
- Cut a sheet of brick in half. Fold it bringing the round edge to the other. Then put a tablespoon of stuffing on the left edge.
- Then take the left corner, bring it up, so the triangle formed, bring it down, then up.
- Cut if there is excess leaf.
- Cook in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Enjoy immediately.
