  • Ground meat: 200 g
  • Large potato: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Fresh mint: 15 leaves
  • Salt, pepper
  • Cumin: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Chili powder: 1 Teaspoon
  • Egg: 1
  • Bricks sheet package: 1
  • Frying oil «Special Cevital frying oil»

Preparation

  • Chop the onion, sauté for 5 minutes in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
  • Add the meat and seasoning.
  • Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Put everything in a bowl with the potato (cooked in water) in small cubes.
  • Chop the mint and add it and the egg.
  • Cut a sheet of brick in half. Fold it bringing the round edge to the other. Then put a tablespoon of stuffing on the left edge.
  • Then take the left corner, bring it up, so the triangle formed, bring it down, then up.
  • Cut if there is excess leaf.
  • Cook in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  • Enjoy immediately.
