In a salad bowl, mix the two sugars, the flour and the yeast. Add the beaten egg and melted butter, then the chocolate chips.
Reserve the dough for a moment in the refrigerator.

With a teaspoon, take doses of dough and shape small cookies on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper, leaving at least 4 cm of space between them.
