Cookies
Ingredients
- 120 g Skor Cevital white sugar
- 120g Skor Cevital brown sugar
- 250g of flour
- 1/2 bag of baking powder (5 g)
- 1 egg
- 125g Fleurial margarine
- 100g chocolate chips
- Elio oil for frying
Preparation
- In a salad bowl, mix the two sugars, the flour and the yeast. Add the beaten egg and melted butter, then the chocolate chips.
- Reserve the dough for a moment in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your oven to thermostat 7 (200°C, 400°F).
- With a teaspoon, take doses of dough and shape small cookies on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper, leaving at least 4 cm of space between them.
- Bake in oven thermostat 7 (200°C) for about 12 min.
- Let the cookies cool before removing them from the sheet of paper.
